- Conducted e-learning training on water saving where 256 persons participated representing all 50 factories, and 145 persons successfully completed all 7 modules which included quizzes and assignments to receive e-certificates;
- Visited 50 factories at least three times including data verification, implementation and validation on water savings during the project period;
- Conducted process trials in 14 factories to prove that the recommended process reduction method is successful in water savings, acceptable quality of fabric and improving first-time dyeing;
- Continuous follow-up and support to solve any technical problem that arises when implementing process-driven recommendations. All recommendations are given based on the existing setup, with no machine or high level of investment suggestions;
- Calculated reduction of energy use due to shortening of the process using digital clamp and power logger;
- Producing 21 case studies based on the successful implementation of recommendations with data from 28 factories.
