- Interviewed 200 stakeholders in 30 factories ranging from production line workers, supervisors, owners, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Production, and Quality Leads;
- Reviewed and modified the questionnaire;
- Analysed the data collected from the survey factories and provided insights received from the analysis;
- Prepared the First Pulse report based on the data collected.
