SWITCH2CE Capacity Building and Localization of Training Materials on Circular Economy Practices for MSMEs

  • Conducted 4 interactive and participatory 2-day ToT programs in 4 SME clusters in Adamdighi (Bogura), Gobindaganj (Gaibandha), Saidpur and Dhaka, to strengthen local capacities for circularity in textile production and value chains;
  • Edited, co-developed and contextualised training content with local examples and MSME experiences, tailored to the Bangladeshi MSME context;
  • Translated training content, including tools and guides, into Bangla;
  • Assessed training performances and key challenges through feedback and reporting.
