- Created more environmentally friendly production sites across the footwear, apparel, and accessory supply chain in Bangladesh with the ultimate goal of reducing their energy, water, waste, and greenhouse gas emissions by 25% as compared to the 2013-year baseline. Initially, 9 factories participated in the first phase, and implementation phase 5 factories participated. 5 factories invested 782,250 USD, which was calculated to save 520,321 USD annually with a payback period of around 1.5 years;
- Overall Resource consumption was reduced by 32.33% for energy, 16.92% for water, and 0.42% for waste;
- Produced 4 Sustainability guidelines– Water, Energy, Waste, and Management Systems;
- Produced 3 Management training manuals for water, energy, and waste;
- Produced a sustainability guideline for Bangladesh;
- Produced a case study book highlighting overall improvement in three countries
