- Assisted the factories in reducing environmental pollution through energy and water minimisation, productivity improvement, ETP performance improvement, and chemical management;
- Reduced electricity consumption by 11.7%, from 0.307 kWh/pc to 0.235 kWh/pc;
- Reduced greenhouse gas emission by 2.2% from 1.36 to 1.33 CO2e kg/kg;
- Increased water consumption from 112 to 140 L/kg, due to increased complex washing in products, and understanding the need to replace low liquor ratio machines;
- Increased production efficiency by 2.2% and Target vs achievement by 6.9%;
- Improved Chemical management performance indicator by 27.6%.
