- Aimed at improving the environmental behaviour of the industry, through the PSES II project, by advising the Department of Environment by training environmental inspectors, disseminating Best Available Technologies (BAT), and imparting environmental education and creating awareness;
- Provided technical support in coordination with Integration and BiPro to the ‘Environment’ component of the PSES II project of GIZ Bangladesh, focusing on the textile and leather industry;
- Focused on environmental standards for textile dyeing, wastewater treatment plants and laundry canals as well as fire protection and chemical management in Bangladesh.
