- Worked with 58 factories in the Textile, RMG, and Leather sectors;
- Focused on improving environmental performance based on the Higg FEM standards through Baseline, Support, and Validation visits;
- Conducted e-learning training for factory personnel representing all 58 factories, which included quizzes and assignments; produced e-certificates for the individuals upon successful completion;
- Implemented socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable initiatives in the 58 textile and garment industries taking into account regional lessons learned;
- Initiated regional networks, promoted and facilitated a close exchange and sharing of knowledge incorporating with international buyers and brands to use their market power to foster sustainability, developed abilities to improve working and living conditions by strengthening social dialogue, representation of interests and management systems and supportedrepresentation mechanisms that enabled female garment workers to protect their interests;
- Promoted environmental sustainability standards and strengthened capacities;
- Implemented sustainable environmental and resource management by providing advice and information on selected issues at the factory level.
