- Worked on 5 areas in 4 factories focusing on productivity, energy, water, chemical management, occupational health and safety;
- Calculated Baseline KPIs with possible opportunities to improve current KPIs by conducting onsite assessment visits;
- Recommended and suggested the opportunities with possible benefits were offered to the factory to implement;
- Prepared training materials based on the factory needs assessment and conducted training among the top-level and mid-level management and workers on different tools and techniques of productivity improvement and improved production management system;
- Continuously monitored the implementation of the suggestions and recommendations;
- Prepared a final report of the project representing the improvement from the baseline KPIs.
